The ITIL® Continual Service Improvement exam validates knowledge of the Continual Service Improvement stage of the lifecycle, including core activities and techniques. The exam is multiple choice, has 8 questions and lasts 90 minutes. It is closed book and the pass mark is 28/40, or 70%.
A basic IT literacy and approximately two years IT experience are highly desirable. The professional must hold ITIL® Foundation before attending this ITIL® Continual Service Improvement online course.
The course is intended for anybody who has completed ITIL® Foundation.
